On Wednesday night I was gonna purchase something online so I opened up WS app for credit card info but couldn’t find the card anymore. I was seeing it in the morning. I thought it was some sort of glitch in the app but it was not on the web app either. That was so strange. I contacted support the next day only to find out my card was closed on Wednesday and the support person couldn’t find any reason of closing. I’m still waiting on WS to give me an explanation to this. The last thing I want is to have a new card with different number. Im with them not long after they established and a generation client. I never missed a payment. What the hell is going on with WS??
