Credit counseling help

I am married filing single and currently doing the Pre-credit counseling. I am a SAHM but do I need to answer the financial questions as a household versus just me? So most everything is in spouse's name....mortgage, cars, etc. Do I list those payments? How accurate does this need to be?

Non filing spouse repaid a loan to a relative prior to filing

Illinois: As title states, non filing spouse (filing in 2 weeks) repaid a loan to his relative 2 weeks ago for $1000. How much should I panic? I feel like my husband doesn't fully grasp how important the details in all of this are and can't understand how this is a big deal. or maybe I am over reacting.

We have separate accounts and this was paid from his account for a loan made about 6 months ago. This is bad, right?

If filing in 2 weeks but tax return not expected for another month, in theory can one use their wild card for the expected return? Long story short, married filing single, expected tax return of $8500 and splitting equally between spouse. Accountant mismarked our refund to go towards future quarterly taxes (husband self employed) this is supposedly being reversed but takes 4-6 weeks. Refund was originally going to be used to pay attorney fees but husband paying them now.

Illinois:

NOT looking for legal advice, just conversation.

I am filing mid-may and have not paid my attorney yet as I was waiting on my refund. My attorney basically told me they can't advise me beyond our original consult till I pay but I have a concern.

Expecting a refund of $8000. I am filing C7 single, yet married. Taxes have been filed. However, our accountant tagged our refund to go towards next year's tax liability...Ugh. And we completely missed it and signed off on this. I absolutely need this refund to pay the attorney. We can make do without it and husband can pay the attorney in a pinch but I have a whole new concern. My concern is this may be a red flag that I am attempting to hide an asset but pushing off the tax refund.

We are attempting to reverse this to refund but am told it is unlikely.

For context: married, SAHM filing alone. No income personally. Was planning on using my portion of tax return for attorney fee.

Thoughts?

Just as title states....our accountant directed our refund of $8,000 to go towards next year's tax liability. We missed it when we signed so not 100% her fault. She said to just call the IRS to have this changed to a direct deposit, can we do this? I have tried calling a million times and can't get thru. Any suggestions or am O just wasting my time?
