Today I’ve been on 50 mg for 18 days day 30 Total. and I feel gloomy and depressed, with no motivation to do anything. I’m taking sertraline for an anxiety and panic disorder that developed after panic attacks. My anxiety is also very high. I started experiencing side effects after 3 days. Unfortunately, I still haven’t noticed any improvement. I’m afraid this medication isn’t going to work. I really want to feel like myself again and get my life back. I’m constantly stuck in my head and worrying all the time.
