Following a recommendation, the client asked us to furnish a sample semi-detached house to a higher and medium standard to demonstrate the utility of the space and design. We also focused on the connection between the garden and the house, including a terrace with a swimming pool and a movable terrace. The concept of the house is simple: a white cube with a set-back terrace, a green roof and ample glazing. The higher light heights give the space a stunning effect. The heating and cooling system by Infraclima is an interesting feature of this realisation. The interior is simple and clean with maximum storage space. The main features are the wooden flooring, dark matt finishes on most of the furniture and the vibrant green wall that dominates the living area.
