This is the Wrong approach. instead: Wake → GMAT → Work → Sleep.
You're fresh and sharp in the morning but you are exhausted by evening. Your best mental hours should go to your GMAT prep, not the hours after a draining day. Plus, the psychological victory of completing prep boost your moral and help you to have a great day.
