Need advice: EPC + Check Engine Light during PDI on brand new Volkswagen Virtus

I did PDI for my brand new Volkswagen Virtus today and noticed both the EPC light and check engine light were on during inspection.

Details:

- Odometer: 9 km

- Car starts/idles normally

- Fuel range was very low (~20 km)

- Dealer says they will fix it before delivery

Would you accept delivery after repair if the issue is resolved, or should I push for another unit?

What would you ask the dealer/service center to provide before taking delivery?

Any advice from VW owners/technicians appreciated.
