Had a 3 mm stone in the left kidney pole for the last two years. In March, it was one stone about 4mm but in a July scan, it shows about 3 small stones with the largest being 4 mm.

All these times, I have been drinking more than 2 litres of water (may be not for 5-7 days in month) I drank about 3 litres in the last few weeks. I feel a vomiting sensation by evening due to all the drinking; urine turns yellow if I drink a little less.

Not able to pass these stones. Please help what should I do.
When I think about it, had borderline high uric acid earlier years. Really demotivated that stones are increased even after I drank so much water.

I know, earlier Pluxee used to charge ₹2 for online transactions. Now in the app, there are no transactions showing ₹2, even for those older months. Is it revised or are they being shady and not showing in the transactions?. I remember reading somewhere that it will be shown, only once a week or so. But now I can see no convenience fee in the entire txns.

Some months back after I was dropping a colleague at a service road (two way) I was taking a right U turn. I waited for a good amount of time with right indicators on and made sure like 200 meters front and back are clear (counted metro pillers and have dash cam front and back video).
When I almost finished my turn, ie when I started looking towards right and front-wards. One over-speeding biker came and hit my left bumper.
He got injured — broken leg bone, I took him to the near by hospital. I went and reported myself to police to avoid hit and run case. The biker was over speeding in service lane, with no horn and at that time I felt it was only luck that he even survived.

Police turned down my FIR, saying not required. As I had to travel next day, at their suggestion I parked the car in near by paid parking. Car was not taken on possession.

When I returned things have completely changed the other party had put BNS 125(b) (grievous hurt ) 281 (rash driving) sections on me.
Police said we are not here write FIR for each of you etc. They ask me to take pics of my car and bike and go to RTO. I refused. I said I will not take pic of his bike. Because I know that’s how there collect bribe at RTO. I had bad experience with same station earlier. When I drunk cab driver hit my car 2 years back, the refused to make it a case and delayed alcohol test for almost 8 hrs. The SI refusing to speak English or Hindi and only in Kannada that time.

Eventually I got the car after paying 100rs stamp paper. I also shared the video with an ACP rank officer. ACP checked and told me I am clear and will ask the Inspector to investigate properly.

I thought all was done. As I had the proof.

After 3 months, got a call from station asking me to go there and pay fine. I was out of station that time. I told I had shared video evidence, immediate response was that, “contest in court”. The person talked only in Kannada and I managed to pick up this is what it was.

I thought it was another shake down attempt, honestly thought, with proof they cannot charge those sections against me.

Now yesterday eve I got a call from court police asking me to present for a case today. There is a fine of 18k. Either I can pay or contest with a lawyer. I said I don’t have any letter of summons etc. he said if needed will send. When I asked did they consider that video, he said no and he was just an informer.

I didn’t get in to bribe as I felt, I was correct and I had proof it would be okay. 18k is a huge amount for me.

Also, the other party has never contacted me. The person who introduced by the police as brother never even made an attempt to talk. He was there only for few minutes. I felt they had given it to an agent or someone. May be I am wrong on this.

1. Can they just call and inform just one day before instead of a letter etc?
2. Can I just go to court and give the video to judge and hope I will be cleared. I strongly believe my side is explained in the dash cam video.
3. What are the lawyer charges. Fine amount quoted is 18k, should I “appear” for myself. Or is it even justified to get a lawyer
4. How long the case can go on?
5. It’s Criminal Case. If I plead guilty and and pay fine to get out all these hassle. What are the implications. Will it affect VISA etc at some point.
6. Is it another shakedown? Or is it a requirement for the other party to get third party claim.

Honestly I feel demotivated and frustrated. I did all by the book best to my knowledge. What’s even the point of a dash cam if it’s like this. Due to someone who was rash and negligent I am suffering as well as he is.

An over-speeding biker caused an accident on my car. He got injured. Myself taken him to hospital and reported to police within hours. Later the other party filed 125(b), 281 case on me. My dash cam video evidence explains my side. Still police charged above section. Got call yesterday asking for court appearance today. Never paid bribe in the entire duration.The other party never contacted me. 18k is the fine amount quoted. Can I just show my video proof and finish it once and for all. Or how long will it drag if I don’t plead guilty. How will it affect if I please guilty for something I have not done.
