I’m genuinely wondering how I can self regulate to stop feeling depressed/tired and splitting everyday, especially since I’m pretty self conscious and I manage to identify whenever I’m having a « borderline episode » if I can name it like that.
Moreover, I am not really familiar with every term relative to the disorder since I’ve been diagnosed for 2 weeks as of today, and didn’t really get the time to learn much about it.
Please excuse my lack of vocabulary.
