Polar Pacer Pro without sleep record
I have the Polar Pacer Pro for almost 2 years, and I haven’t had more than 3 or 4 days followed sleep record and night recovery.
Whenever I go to sleep I try to look at how to put the clock well adjusted to the wrist, but when I wake up in the morning the message appears to me "To obtain sleep data, you need to carry the adjusted clock at least 4h to sleep".
Only if I'm sleeping for a long time, I take the record and even so I take it badly, or I don't count the first hours of sleep.
I would like to know if there is any advice on how to adjust the leash so that the clay works out well.
My girlfriend carries a Garmin Forerruner 55 (very basic range of Garmin) and records everything to her.
I'm considering getting rid of Polar and H10 sensor and buying a garmin alone for this information.
