I did the first episode and encoded it to H265 to make it 1/3 of the size for the same quality and added subtitles to the episode.

It will take 14 hours to do that to each episode on my low end laptop.

Does anybody have a good computer who could get this done quicker?

The Upscale program is called Video2x
