Huel Hot and Savory sell/trade

Hope everyone is enjoying their Huel journeys. I LOVE having the protein shakes so much I tried a sampler of the Hot and Savory. Unfortunately I just like the shakes best for myself now. I don't want to just toss these. Anyone interested in working out a Trade or Sale? I'm US based. If selling and trading isn't allowed please forgive me in advance and remove my post

peace ✌🏾

Just tried Huel for the first time, picked it up at Target. It’s amazing! Anyone have a referral code?

Title! Looking to get a month or two worth to replace my lunch at work. Referral code would be awesome.

Subscription Reminders gone again

I thought the issue was fixed? Suddenly had an order confirmation and no reminder contact before it. No only do I not need it (as have been away) I cannot afford it.

It's so frustrating! (nothing in spam, deleted, missed) Anyone else seeing the same?

(edit: Seeing the a similar post recently on this too. Consensus seems to be to either cancel the subscription after, or set the renewal for a silly amount of time in the distance. I remember the good ole days where you'd have a simple text and email reminder and a non-ai customer service solution. sigh).

Can’t Return Huel (UK)

I had a Huel order arrive in the UK and have been trying to send it back since it came, but am being completely ghosted by the website, WhatsApp, and their email. I have literally received no communication back and am wondering if anyone else has had issues?

I was spending about $200 a week on Factor meals

For reasons I made the switch and just bought several packs of Huel black. About an hour ago I opened up my first pack and had one scoop of chocolate mixed with two cups of coconut water. I put it in my Ninja blender and let it go. That was like so delicious. I can't even tell you. I'm excited. I have a very unstable schedule that switches days of the week constantly. From now on I think I'll just enjoy special occasion, meals or eat whenever it's like someone's birthday or maybe for a night out on the town. But generally speaking, I'm going to lean heavily on these. It takes all the thinking out of it and I really appreciate that.

Newsletter Q3 2026 July - End of September

Hey everyone, hope you all are having a great summer so far. It’s already July, and time for our third newsletter of the year! We’ve had a lot going on this year so far, and we are entering into a quieter time for the next few months on the back end of quite a few launches which were mentioned in our Q2 Newsletter. With that said, this one will be rather more succinct than the first two, but let's get into it!

ROUNDUP

- Launches, launches, launches (brady bunch voice). We’ve added a plethora of new products and flavors since our last newsletter. Including Blueberry Black Edition RTD, Pineapple & Coconut Black Edition RTD, Mango Lite RTD, Vanilla Matcha Lite RTD, and 2 versions of Ramen, Lite and Black Edition.

- Special Shout-out for Ramen Lite and Black Edition (UK and EU). This product was a labor of love for u/timhuel, and, has come out the gate to a strong start. We’ve enjoyed getting everyone's feedback and have a lot to look forward to with this product line.

- (US) We introduced 2 new flavors to the Daily Greens Ready to Drink line-up, those being Strawberry Lemon and Grapefruit! With these new flavors, the base formula of the DG RTD was also adjusted based on customer feedback. You can read up more on those changes here.

- (US) We launched our very first vending machine in the US at 3 airports! Those being LAX, MSP (Minneapolis), and XNA (Bentonville). There are a few of these in the UK (we have a great list here on our FAQ) so it’s exciting to see this format come to the US finally. You can see some images here if you’re curious.

THINGS COMING UP-

We really had a busy Q2 with plenty of launches, so this quarter is looking a touch more quiet. But still plenty to look forward to!

- (Global) We’re looking ahead, and are hoping to get another AMA off the ground, hopefully with James McMaster, our CEO, yet again. Keep an eye out for updates on that!

- (Global) We continue our Pot Delist and shift to Meal Packs, you can read up on that at the link embedded, but some approximate dates have been shifted, so I listed them here as well:

UK
- Hoisin ‘Duck’ Noodles - Late July
- Korean BBQ Noodles - Late August

EU (Poland, Sweden, Czechia, Denmark and anyone using the EU store.)

- Hoisin ‘Duck’ Noodles - Late July
- Mixed Boxes - Late August

EU (Germany)
- Mixed Boxes - End of July

___________________________________________________________________________________

- (UK/EU) Ramen is officially available in the UK and EU on the 7th of July! We will also have selection boxes. For the EU, there is a chance that they will go live a few days after the main launch as they are taking a little longer to produce than normal, but rest assured we have not forgotten about you 😊

- (UK/US) With all the launches in the Ready to Drink categories, we are going to be introducing all new flavors in Selection Boxes in the UK and US in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on that!

- (US) As I alluded to in the previous Newsletter, we have a really exciting launch with a big retailer in the US! As of August 1st, you will be able to find Huel in a Walmart near you! We’ve been working hard to expand our presence in retail in the US market, so we can get Huel into as many hands as possible, and this is the next step on that journey.

- (US) On the back of a lot of launches for late spring/early summer, we have one more for you coming to the US, and while I’m going to remain tight lipped for now, I do really think you’re gonna go “ape” over it.

And that’s it! A quick summer Newsletter for you all. Again we’ve had a busy quarter, but we still have a lot to look forward to for the rest of the year! As always I’m here if you have any questions, so feel free to shout!

Thanks!

Huel Black RTD Chocolate changed Formula + Design?

Left hand side: purchased at Costco three weeks ago

Right hand side: purchased at Costco yesterday

Different calorie count (400 vs 390)
Different design up top (there’s a ring of brown to indicate it’s a chocolate flavor + the brown pops more
Slightly different ingredients
Slightly different macros and micros
Manufactured in different countries (Germany vs Canada)

And most importantly this new one…tastes so much better. Bordering on chocolate ice cream. However the Huel black RTD on the website has the ingredients of the bottle from 3 weeks ago. So what’s going? Did I stumble upon an older recipe at Costco?

Edit:

Further research shows that on the Costco website it’s aligned with the new bottle I got (including the design), while Huel’s website is aligned with the older bottle…

Recipe from the latest bottle: https://www.costco.com/.product.4000368197.html

Recipe from the older bottle: https://huel.com/products/huel-black-edition-ready-to-drink

Do I Change to Huel Black from the Original White? Pro Vs Cons

I've been away from Huel for a little while but want to get back into it (normally use as the midday meal with "food" for breakfast and evening). Use to get the White Vanilla, use less water than recommended (I like it thick), leave overnight and then sometimes add coco powder (I didn't like the chocolate taste of the powder at the time). I'm toying with trying the Black powder for more protein though this time and curious for people's overall opinions and also on the following;

  1. Does the reduced oats still fill you up? I was using it as a full meal, but now also want to think about gym/running without loosing the "meal".

  2. Do you still have good energy through the day?

  3. Flavour recommendations? I'm inclined to stick to the vanilla but maybe since my hiatus the flavours have been improved. Through going through the sub though it looks like the Black recipe recently changed again and people are less impressed.

Overall would just be grateful for people's feedback of the black powder compared to White.

Thanks

Mexican Chili Review

https://preview.redd.it/ujf041coxoah1.png?width=576&format=png&auto=webp&s=4b5e220ba29c944288a22631ffcd14b0d9405a0a

Pros:

- Convenient for lunch/dinner
- Convenient to mask certain undesirable flavors like the sweetness (added hot sauce and the seasoning above though it's still slightly sweet)
- Isn't super bland in flavor
- has a nice spicy flavor to it without it being overwhelming

Cons:

- individual cooking (microwave + water ) requires individual adjustment as mine came out crunchy, but I also put a plate on in when cooking which in hindsight may have effected that. I did have it sit for 10 minutes covered before I tasted it, and ended up adding 1/4 cup more boiling water. Still crunchy.
- has a sweetness to it which is not my favorite as chili to me is more savory than sweet.

I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but I can tolerate it. Perhaps with more playing around with the water and microwave cooking and cooling, I can get that part to a better place. But I still feel like I'd have to adjust the sweetness profile. It's still crunchy so I have it right now with some water on a pot of water, hopefully will help the crunchiness.

Personal recommendation: I would love to a see a more savory chili without the sweetnes,s and without the corn if it doesn't adjust the macros too much. More beans like a standard chili.

Edit to add: Makes a fairly decent soup if you need to cook it this way. I added more low fodmap brand; chili, garlic salt, and taco seasoning.. perfect solution. Might be doing this more often lol.

Order processing time for UK?

I'm in the UK. I placed an order 2 days ago but my order is still showing as being processed. Is this unusual? Normally when I place an order it gets dispatched on the same day or the following day the latest.

Contacted customer service but haven't heard anything back yet.

Free Delivery Not Applying?

Ordered Huel for the first time about a week ago. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did - the convenience and how satiated I felt after having it, the lack of stomach issues I'd read so much about... But I didn't order enough. Anyway, I used the need one now option under my subscription status, but when I fulfill the dollar amount to hit free shipping it doesn't actually apply. Am I doing something wrong?

Photo attached for reference.

Survey Discount Code Not Working

I received a marketing email asking me to complete a survey, offering 20% off my next order. I completed the survey and received a discount. However, when I attempted to apply the code to my next regular shipment, it is giving me an error. I had the following exchange with Huel's AI "Digital Support Assistant":

Huel:

>That error usually means the code didn't pass our checkout validation checks (for example: it expired, it has a minimum spend requirement, it's first order only, or it's a single code per order). The code is only "locked in" once the order is fully processed, so it can fail at the final validation step even if it looked like it was working earlier.

>A couple quick things to check:

>Look in the original email for any expiry date or terms (minimum spend, first order only).

>Make sure your cart meets any minimum spend and that you're not trying to use another code at the same time.

>If you already placed the order and the code disappeared at checkout, please reply with your order number, the code, and the discount amount you expected, and a human agent can review it and apply the discount manually if it should have worked.

>Is there anything else I can help clarify, or would you like to speak with a human agent about this?

Me:

>The expiration date is July 5th, which is less than 10 days away. I tried to apply it to my next regular subscription which is scheduled for July 9th.  Is that why it failed?  Do I need to move up the ship date to get the offer?  I'm not sure that's reasonable.

Huel:

>You're absolutely right to call that out. The code's expiry date is July 5, 2026, and your next subscription shipment is scheduled for July 9, 2026. Because July 9 is after July 5, the code would be considered expired at the time that shipment is processed, so it would fail at checkout.

>So yes, that's why it failed, and you would need the shipment to be processed on or before July 5 to use the code.

>That said, this is a situation where a human agent can review your account and potentially manually apply the discount to your July 9 shipment if appropriate. Would you like me to connect you with someone who can look into that for you?

Me:

>Yes, please.  I would appreciate that very much.

I have yet to receive an email response. Would someone from Huel mind reaching out to help with this? I took the survey in good faith and feel I deserve this code, but the expiration is just too short in my opinion.

Thanks!

Huel sells credit card details scam

I ordered from huel. Few noodles were good and few were inedible for me. I cancelled the subscription. The credit card which I had used at huel I had not used anywhere else. After 2 months an unauthorized transaction was made from the same card at WIENER LINIEN GmbH & C.
