Has anyone changed from Huel Black to Huel White?

Long time Huel Black user. 1-2 shakes a day for several years. I’ve added Hot&Savory meals to my default calories since June. I know there’s going to be an acclimation period anytime you add more fiber, but this has been quite delayed if anything. The past 1-2 months I’ve seen an alarming increase in gas and stomach/bowel discomfort. I’m not sure what caused the uptick but I’m stripping paint of the walls and painting other things if you catch my drift.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’m considering trying Huel White in hopes of some relief because I really like the simplicity of having Huel for 90% of calories.

Routine: Edit : I mix with water. Also in the US

I was comfortably having 2 shakes a day consisting of 3 scoops each. No chugging. Just gradual sips throughout the morning and at night. Hot and Savory at least once maybe twice. Occasional gas but nothing notable. Like barely even a smell. For the past week I’ve dialed it back to 2 scoops instead of 3 and I’m’ still getting the gas, discomfort, etc.

I love this game but I can’t help being incredibly frustrated

I was recently blessed to play Dispatch for the first time this weekend. HOOKED. I had plans that Saturday night which I bailed on because I simply had to know what would happen next. The art style, the voice acting, every second of it invites you into an incredible world and gets you invested right away.

10/10

But then.

Almost a year after release, you would hope the replay ease of Dispatch to have been tinkered with at this point. It only makes sense that player’s are going to want to start from E1 and make different decisions. 4 save slots? I could maybe live with that but the utter lack of replay ease is befuddling. You can’t skip cutscenes, dialogue, hacking, NADA. The closest thing is a setting for infinite tries for hacking…so close. You can’t even skip the tutorial! Come on. I’m shocked there’s nothing achievable via Accessibility.

Dispatch is a fantastic game that COULD also appeal to most casual of gamer. The story itself is surely worth it. These shortcomings, albeit minor, create hurdles that don’t need to exist.

Frustrated 8/10.

I’d like to be more confident doing small projects. Is this a good place to start?

I (30M) have lived in this apartment for years. There’s a lot I don’t like about it but recently have been motivated to try and make more like a “home”. I used to have an AC in this window and threw it out. The windowsill accumulates this white dust even after vacuuming.

How can I fix this? Is this something I can tackle on my own?
