Anyone here diy their own florals? We're just doing bud vases for the main tables but for the head table, we wanted something like the reference pics
Was going to do faux florals and attach them to some sort of weighted thing to clip to either side?

Is anyone else having trouble with the guest list due to family members? I need some advice 😅
We booked our wedding, confirmed our guest list - had everything planned and currently finishing sending out save the dates
We're having a small wedding of 40 people and unfortunately this means we can't invite everyone
We invited family members based on who we see regularly, and those we haven't spoken to for years ect haven't had an invite.
My MIL keeps telling us we need to invite either everyone, or just have an intimate wedding with immediate family only and a follow up reception at home (we're getting married 2 hrs away from home) - however this isn't what we want, and plus, we've already booked the venue and paid for a package with a set number of guests
I've tried explaining we can't invite everyone and invited based on who we have a close relationship with but she won't drop it, my fiance is a people pleaser and doesn't want to upset anyone so just agrees but then I'm left looking like the bad guy
We're still planning on proceeding as planned but don't know if we should look at making a few alterations to try and accommodate more people?
What do we do?
