I have a 2026 Subaru crosstrek premium and hate the steering wheels plasticky, bumpy feel. I was going to swap my wheel out for the 2026 Crosstrek sport wheel. All parts numbers match in both wheels except the satellite switch and they wouldn’t know if it would fit until they actually started the work. If I purchase a sport wheel it’s $500 and non refundable. Just wondering if anyone has ever swapped wheels from same generation. Meaning like a 2026 crosstrek premium to a 2026 crosstrek sport wheel or any other years/models. Just don’t know if it’s worth the risk and then it may not work.

I have a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek premium and can’t get used to the steering wheel. It has two humps on it instead of being perfectly round. Anyone else hate this new steering wheel design? Or do you just get used to it over time.
