My family is facing a land grabbing issue in Suryapet district, and honestly we are exhausted trying to get help.
We put all our savings, purchased agricultural land few years ago and we have all the registration documents. Recently, some people started entering the land, levelling it, and stopping us from fencing/protecting the property. When we tried to stop them, they threatened and even manhandled us.
We filed a police complaint and FIR was also registered. But even after repeated requests, revenue officials are not conducting proper survey of the land. We visited offices multiple times but still not getting proper cooperation or clear action from authorities. We even contacted local political representatives including MLA, but nothing moved forward till now.
At this point we really feel stuck and helpless. Feels like, no justice will ever be served to common man.
Can anyone who dealt with similar land disputes, please suggest what can we do?
Any genuine advice/suggestions would really help us.
