Putting this here for anyone else searching for info on this. I purchased 2 tickets for noah kahan in orlando on 6/12 not knowing about the reseller policy for this tour. The listing on ticketmaster clearly says that tickets are non transferable and won't be honored if not purchased through the ticketmaster face value program.

I tried speaking with stubhub about this who acted like they knew nothing about this and I had to show them proof from ticketmaster. Even still, they refused to cancel the purchase, instead saying that if the ticket transfer fails, they'll refund me. However, they said the tickets won't be transferred until the day before the show. I told them it's not appropriate to KNOW that they will fail but say they won't address it until the day before the show. So they're tying up the $$ that I need to get on ticketmaster and buy real tickets.

I started the dispute process with my bank and had to send them the ticketmaster screenshot as supporting evidence that stubhub should not be selling these in the first place. Loads of people who think they're going to the show will find out the day before that they're not.

If I'm wrong about how this works, please enlighten me!
