I have joined an boutique investment bank, with team of less than 10 people. The problem is that its mostly work from home, WFO is only when there is investor meet or urgent work.

The problem is that I am 21yo and dont like sitting at home 24/7. Yes its a front office investment bank, I have been in the rooms (google meet) where people are from top PE like KKR, Blackstone, Somerset etc and top VCs.

The Learning graph is not steep as I expected. Maybe because deals havent properly started yet, we have started work on an IPO but it hasnt properly kickoff rn.

Shall I look for another job ??? Pay is great for me. Any advice ??? Should I speedrun my CFAL2 and L3? and then CAT ??

for context-

- I got a full time job while being in my last year

- Uni exams are still left

- CFAL2 scheduled in Nov

- Cant skip Gym

- Working on a startup as well

Unable to manage all these things all at once. Anyone on the same or similar boat.

If anybody know the salary, progression and work of these firm please share it
