Help Falling Down The Rabbit Hole
I need some advice. ER/PR+Her2-
I had Lumpectomy 4/1 with bilateral lift (I hate it. No boobs left) don’t know what to do about that yet. Rt nipple burn and PS says no radiation until healed.
I found a trial Debra Trial where they don’t do radiation. Thier wanting to do 5 day partial or weekly whole for 6 weeks. But I don’t want to do radiation.
Since I’m only 58 they say that if I do Radiation now that if it comes back in my right breast that I won’t be able to do it again.

Ki-67 3%
Negative Nodes
IDC Stage 1
(Tumor size 1.3 cm clear margins )
I just don’t know what to do. Of course the Radiation oncologist wants to do Radiation. My medical oncologist said it’s up to me and I’ll see her back in three months to make sure I’m healed and to start AI medications. My plastic surgery wants me to wait 3 to 6 months to reevaluate fat grafting, or adding implants.
I’m so overwhelmed. I married and my husband doesn’t talk about it. I’m embarrassed to ask questions in front of him at my doctors appointment. He just said since stares at me the whole time and of course when I ask him to step out, he gets mad. I have two daughters one doesn’t care at all. The other has a six month old and “shouldn’t have to be worrying about mom having breast cancer and raising a baby.
My brain is so overwhelmed. I don’t know what to do.
