My Jade plants leaves have gone droopy and soft as if it needs water but I watered it a couple of days ago, I checked for root rot the roots seem normal but they are a bit compacted to the shape of the pot, could this be causing it? Any advice is appreciated as it has been thriving the past year.

Also a leaf went yellow so I took it off from the very bottom, which leads me to think overwatering but the soil feels dry.
