I'm from the Philippines, and I wanted to upload my first video on YouTube with a thumbnail, so I tried doing the phone verification, but it would always say
"There was a problem sending a verification code to "63...." Please enter a different phone number."
"You have recently made too many attempts. Please try again later."
Can someone help me with this, please?
