I got tested for HSV 1/2 last year and my results for Hsv2 were showing positive with a number of 1.1. I did some research and I found it could be a false positive. I have never had any outbreaks but I want to confirm the results are correct or if it truly is a false positive. I read that UW Medicine has a western blot that is pretty accurate. I am not sure how to contact them to get this kit for accurate results.
