I lost my confidence to hair loss for years. Here's what I did about it — and why I built a community around it. 🫡

Let me be honest with you.

For years, I watched my hairline slowly disappear and said nothing. No doctor visits, no research, no action — just quietly letting my self-confidence erode with every glance in the mirror. If you've dealt with hair loss, you know exactly the feeling I'm talking about. It's not just about hair. It's about how you carry yourself. How you show up. How you feel.

That changed when I made one of the best decisions of my life — I flew to Turkey and got a hair transplant as part of Baldstool Season 2, alongside 25 other guys ranging from 23 to 50 years old. Different ages, different backgrounds, same struggle. And being surrounded by men who got it without having to explain myself? That was something I didn't know I needed.

I'm now 2 months post-op, fully committed to my hair health routine, and more locked in on my fitness than I've ever been. The physical transformation and the mental shift that comes with it has been nothing short of remarkable.

But here's the thing — I don't want to keep that to myself.

That's why I created the Growth Community.

A space built specifically for men dealing with hair loss — whether you're:

  • 🔍 Just starting to notice the thinning and don't know where to begin
  • 💊 Deep in research on treatments, routines, and what actually works
  • ✈️ Considering or recovering from a transplant
  • 💪 Trying to level up your fitness and overall confidence alongside your hair journey

This isn't a place to feel sorry for ourselves. It's a place to share real experiences, hold each other accountable, and actually do something about it.

I'll be posting my full journey — photos from when my hair was good, when it started going, the ugly in-between, and my ongoing post-transplant progress. My daily routine. What's working. What isn't. All of it, transparently.

Hair loss is something millions of men silently struggle with, and it doesn't have to be a solo battle. If this hits close to home, come find us. Let's grow together — in every sense of the word. 💪
