Any thoughts on quality/shipping process? I’m slightly nervous as never bought from Chinese vendor . I was going to buy from Abelini but stargem was slightly cheaper
A friend of mine is sitting the MEQ exam on 1st September and he’s just started to study now…he’s got untreated ADHD and he’s a crammer.
He doesn’t have Reddit so I thought I’d ask any psych regs who’ve passed the exam for last min 4 week cramming/prep tips.

I am currently going through a career dilemma and it’s really affecting my mental health. I have been trying to get into a competitive surgical specialty and had devoted 6+ years to it however after multiple failed attempts, I decided to switch careers and try for a different specialty.
I am feeling extremely unmotivated to start from scratch as this new speciality is not easy by any means and requires me to do a masters and commit to research etc
My family and friends keep telling me to try for GP and get my training finished and start to live my life. I’ve dedicated close to a decade to publishing multiple first author papers and now they won’t account for anything in this new speciality I want to try for…
I am a lost PGY8 so I’m also nervous that any career interviews will question why I am switching and not prioritise me as much as a PGY3-4 who has been solely dedicating their CV to that specialty.
I am seriously in a limbo and considering career coaching advice. Can anyone make some recommendations?
My hospital is not supportive and I don’t really have any doctors in my family I can reach out to.
