Recovering a hacked 2015 PSN account with receipts, linked EA/Ubisoft/Rockstar accounts
I’m trying to recover my old PlayStation account that I created around 2015.
I still have:
- Original registration emails
- Sign-in ID change emails
- Many transaction receipts from 2015–2020 with exact order numbers and dates
- Old Online IDs used on the account
- Linked accounts such as Rockstar Games, Ubisoft, and EA that are STILL connected and actively used by me
- PS4 serial information and old account activity
Unfortunately, during the time the account was stolen in 2020, I was severely sick with COVID and also dealing with the death of my mother, so I was unable to react quickly or keep track of all account changes happening at that time.
I’ve already contacted PlayStation Support and provided a large amount of ownership evidence, but I’m looking for advice from anyone who successfully recovered an old hacked PSN account after several years.
If anyone has experience with escalation methods, account specialists, or successful recovery stories, please let me know.
