Sharing this from FB. Grabe, muntik ng magbayad ng 9k si Ate for brgy cert for meralco net metering, 😌 Tapos saw in the comment section ng list requirements! Shuta ang dami. Pati land title? Rights pa lang yung lugar namin since may ongoing issue pa and plan pa naman sana namin mag invest sa solar. We’re in Brgy Sta Cruz, sana hindi ganto kahigpit.

Period Cramps
Hello, this is my second period since I started my Tirze journey. Kaya lang sobrang bothered ako kase ang tindi ng period cramps ko ngayon and heavy flow din.
Every 4-5hours nagpapalit ako ng Menstrual cup na dati 2-3 cups lang per day.
First period ko was 4 days after my first jab pero walang gantong pain and heavy flow.
PCOS girly pala here. Anyone experince the same? Parang hinahatak palabas yung matres ko as in 🥹

Commute: Manaoag Church to Hundred Islands
Hello, can someone help me po by giving an idea on how to commute from Manaog Church going to Hundred Islands? Ano po yung mode of transportation and if alam nyo po how much yung fare?
Kasama ko po yung mga senior kong Titas and my Mama with my PWD brother.
