Hello!! I just started my tirzepatide journey last week with GoRocky, my first jab at 2.5mg was last Monday night. Mild acid reflux lang naman yung napansin ko na side effect from Monday night to Saturday night aside from the appetite suppression and declined food noise. But pagdating ng Sunday morning, ito na yung nausea and vomiting, and parang GERD attack yung sakit ng sikmura ko, to the point na even water hindi ko matolerate. Since hindi nga ako makakain and nanlambot na rin sguro ako due to dehydration, tinulog ko lang buong araw, and by night time I felt better na and nakapag-dinner na rin ako. Then kinabukasan (kahapon), I felt normal na ulit.

My worry is, I will take the board exam on the last week of October, it will last for 3 days. The sched is Sat, Sun, and Mon. Worried ako na baka maulit ulit and matapat sa exam day. Any advice?

what do i need to know and what shouldnt i do? (120 kg, 5'3)

What's the difference between 1k tirzzz and 3k tirzzz? Planning to buy kase ng worth 3k na tirzz at the same time babaan ko ang dosage ko? Is it okay?

hi po!! just started my first dose last week. so far, so good naman po. medyo natatakot ako sa plateau stage. for context, nakapag lose na po ako ng weight before naturally and talagang magplaplateau. na exp ko sya right before mag normal yung bmi ko. how can I avoid this po kaya? medyo natatakot ako kasi before talagang na-stuck ako sa lowest weight ko for 3 months. :( ang ganda kasi ng progress ko now sa tirze and ayoko sana mawala yung consistency ng pag lose. medyo scared ako mag plateau ng maaga lalo medyo mababa sw ko compared to before. will genuinely appreciate your insights!
