What are anyone's thoughts on this stack im considering? Help a guy out please.

Tirze + NAD + MotsC + CJC-1295 (no DAC) with Ipa

or should I switch one or two out?

Goal is fat/weight loss. I'm on a consistent caldef but struggling with weight loss plateau. Started Sema in Jan. Now I'm on Tirze since April. Plateau began when I started with Tirze.

I used to workout before starting GLP then stopped when I began GLP because of low energy. That's why my doctor added NAD to my regimen. I'm considering adding more but not sure which.

1st Dose - Sat night
2nd Dose - Sat night
3rd Dose - Sat night
4th Dose - Sun night
5th Dose - Wed afternoon (10th day)

All 2.5mg. Is is because of the interval? :( I was traveling po kasi on the day of my 5th so I was not able to jab on the same day. I'm working at night which started again last Sat lang so I was thinking last Wed to jab in the afternoon so I could sleep on the SEs pero grabe paggising ko ang tindi ng migraine ko. I have migraine attacks talga but this ep was malala and I don't remember anymore the last time I experienced this :( Today's Sat and migraine was still severe :( Slept nicely on my Offs (Thurs and Fri) and malala pa din now grabe sakit ng head ko. I drank Gatorade, lots of hydration pero hindi pa din nawawala :(

I'm planning to updose pa naman starting 6th jab :(
Anyone experienced this too? What's your recos mga sis ko? :(

Anyone here was or also currently on andyou?I’m on the 4th month at 10mg tirz, weight loss sa 3shots sa dose na to parang naglalaro lang sa 1-2kg pero parang ayaw ko magupdose ule next month, how’s your experience? what’s your highest dose before nag-taper nung nagplan na mag-stop soon? still need to lose at least 8kg. hello! I've been on tirze 2.5mg for 2 months po and stopped for 2 weeks po (due to budget concern hahahaha) my doctor already gave a go signal for 5mg supposedly after my 2nd pen of 2.5mg kaso ayon nga po nagstop me ng 2weeks. yesterday me nagtusok ng first dose of 5mg and grabe ung symptoms ko today.

sobrang nauseous, nasusuka, sumasakit ung ulo. usually po ba ganito talaga? (ik naman na possible due to gap na meron ako pero nakakanibago kasi with 2.5 wala po akong ganitong symptoms.)

Nagising lang ako na malabo na left eye ko, no warning signs. Went to opthalmologist and nakita na namamaga ang retina ko at may blood clots sa mata. Im referred to an internal med doctor din then for more check ups. Malapot daw dugo ko based on the results. Blood smear says normal naman. Check pa lang ako with hematologist tomorrow to interpret results. Sana all good.

I mentioned sa 1st opthalmologist na 3 months nako nag tirze (lost 11kg, from 74 to 63) and he said na parang sure sya na tirze ang nag cause ng stroke kasi may similar cases sa US. Nirefer ako with a retina specialist and he said naman na it cant be the tirze itself pero ung mga side effects niya, rapid weight loss, malnutrition, dehydration etc. Internal med naman mentioned na di nia makita relationship ng tirze sa eye stroke ko since wala pa daw masyadong studies about the effects ng compound.

As for the eye treatment, i had my first shot sa mata last week, nag improve naman vision pero blurred pa din, nag light lang. needs two more injection, one per month bago makita malaking improvement. Pero...if in any case may damage with may vision, permanent daw un, as per the optha.

Anyone na may similar experience?

hello! wanna ask sa mga tirz user, may effect po ba sa inyo na hindi kayo masyado nakakadumi regularly? like inaabot minsan 3-4 days??

guys sino dito nagstay lang sa 2.5mg dose ng trz? 5'4 height ko and 47kg ako now on my 2 weeks ng tirz from 49kg. kapag ba nag 5mg ako sa 2nd month, di sya pwede itigil basta basta after 1 month? or mas maganda ba maintain ko nalang sa 2.5mg? then stop na? may effect pa naman now 2.5mg pero hindi na ganun kalakas unlike nung 1st week pero di ako nagbibinge eating mabilis pa rin mabusog

PS. alam ko sakto na bmi ko kaso need talaga sa work ko payat sorry na 😂 balak ko 2 months lang gumamit 🙏🏻

Planning to change brand of tirz since Wala po appetite suppressant or any effect Sakin pwede po ba?

Meron po Pala effect nung 1st and 2nd day turok ko... The next day no appetite and masakit katawan

Pero nag 2nd turok Ako Nung may 17 Wala parin po ....

Pwede po kaya mag switch brand sa 3rd inject.. on may 24 (planning to updose din if ever?)

Hi there pepguys, i've been using 2.5mg weekly of tirz and i lose just 4kg. Di na din ako nakakaramdam ng hilo pero nakokontrol ko naman ang food intake ko but never ako nakaramdam na fully busog ako everytime na kakain ako. I don't know if exage lang yung iba na nakaka 2 subo lang daw nasusuka na sila coz I never experienced that rather naccontrol ko sarili ko na kumain knowing na matakaw talaga ako.🤣 Do I need to updose? Gusto ko sana mas mabilis pumayat. Salamat.
