(This is a before image to prove to the mods im working on a moped)

I have a 2016 tao tao cy50a that ive installed a 80cc (47mm) big bore kit, i installed everything, started it and the headgasket blew, im using the stock valves, i removed the damaged headgasket to see if maybe it was causing issues re-installed everything without the damaged headgasket, oil leaks worse and it no longer starts,

Now with that in mind, the fact my gasket blew within the first 2 minutes of running, ive boticed my compression was higher than the previous piston, now given that information im assuming i currently create more compression than that gasket can handle, if i were to try and fix this myself, how would i go about fixing the problem of blowing out the gasket, im thinking about picking up some high strength gasket sealer, however this wont lower the compression, id like to not spend a whole bunch of money fixing my daily, so if i were to say have a dremel and open up the stock valve cavity that would in theory lower the compression and overall pressure yes?

Any and all feed back is welcome as im not 100% versed in what im doing this is a hobby id like to get better at

Tldr: head gasket blew with new 80cc kit, how would i prevent and fix this issue for fairly cheap
