So I broke no contact with my ex
Here’s how it went.
We weren’t getting along and in the end a lot of miscommunication happened and I know I made mistakes but the way she responded her sucked and she made me out to be a villain. Definitely feel used after her last words.
Me: I miss how you used to be my
best friend. I know this is wrong of me to reach out but I miss us. I wish we could've worked things out.
Her: I have a boyfriend now who treats me the way I deserve to be treated. You and I were good friends but not good in a relationship.
Me: Understandable. Just wish you could've been honest about leaving me for Garett.
Her: Our relationship was over for me months before I ended things.
And in the end, I couldn't take it anymore and wanted out. I left because I saw an opportunity and I took it
Me: Well that's ok with me. I'm glad you finally got what you needed.
Communication is key in a relationship and I'm sorry we failed at that. Thank you for the time we spent together it really was meaningful.
