I’m honestly so happy to see all the positive feedback 🫶 it really means a lot. I also wanted to share all four angles so you can get a better, more complete perspective — I think it’s important to show every side, not just the “best” one.

A lot of you have been asking about my dosage, so here’s what I’ve been doing:

Week 1: 1 mg

Week 2–3: 1.5 mg

Week 4 (starting today): 2 mg

I started low and increased gradually, and for now I don’t plan on going above 2 mg — I’ll just keep listening to my body and see how I feel.

I also want to be very clear that this isn’t just the peptide — I’m really consistent with my workouts, I eat well, I track my macros, focus on high protein, drink a lot of water, and stay very active (steps, training, everything). All of that plays a huge role.

🔹 Changes from April 1 to April 28

Waist: 66 → 64.5 cm (1.5 cm)

Hips: 94 → 93 cm (1 cm)

Thighs: 51 → 49 cm (2 cm)

Weight: 63.6 → 61.5 kg (2.1 kg)

My initial goal was to lose about 5 kg total, and I’ll see how things go from here. So far, by week 3, I feel really good — no negative side effects, I’m sleeping well, and overall I feel balanced.

For those asking, I’m based in Canada 🇨🇦 and don’t have sources for the U.S., but I’ll look into it and get back to those who messaged me.

I also want to set a clear boundary: this is not an invitation for anyone to message me in a personal or inappropriate way. Please be respectful — this post is about body changes and sharing my experience. Any disrespectful messages will be reported.

And just to say — sharing this is a bit vulnerable for me. I was honestly very shy and skeptical about peptides at first. But seeing others share their experiences gave me the confidence to try, and it’s made a huge difference for me so far. So this is my way of giving back and being fully transparent about my own journey.

Thank you again for all the support 🤍

This is my result after 3 weeks on RETA.

I’ll be honest — I hesitated to share this because it feels personal, and I’m not really open to comments like “but you looked good before.”

Maybe I did — but that’s not how I felt.

I felt heavy.

I felt uncomfortable in my body.

Even simple things didn’t feel easy, and mentally, that brought me back to a place I’ve worked really hard to move away from.

So no — this isn’t about a drastic transformation.

There’s only about 2 kg difference between these two photos.

But the difference in how I feel? Huge.

And I want to be clear — this is not just RETA.

I had to make real changes:

– I stopped overtraining (I used to train 7 days a week)

– I reduced it to 4 intentional workouts

– I prioritized sleep and recovery

– I started actually listening to my body instead of pushing through it

That shift alone has been life-changing.

RETA, for me, is just a tool.

I’m not chasing big weight loss — my goal is only about 5–7 kg total. I’m focused on recomposition, fueling my body properly, and feeling good in it.

What it’s helped me with:

– no food noise

– no constant cravings

– staying consistent feels easier

– and that sense of lightness I was missing is finally back

That’s the real win for me.

This is my experience — nothing more, nothing less.

If you’re curious, you can always ask 🤍
