I have been recently diagnosed w hasimotos and am on levothyroxine 88mcg .
Is there a science behind alcohol consumption .
is it allowed or not ?
i do drink sometimes .
I went on internet main issue with alcohol was that it hampers the T4 to T3 conversion that mostly occurs in the liver .
Chatgpt told me this .
