Banned for listing baby carrier on
Hi! I’m new to Vinted. I’ve sold 3 items so far, all baby related, since that’s really I have to sell at the moment. I listed a Momcozy baby carrier and about 5 mins later got a message it was removed due to being an unsafe item.
This exact carrier is listed on the app and being sold by other sellers. I appealed the decision and got denied. Now my account is banned and I’m not allowed to sell. I’m really confused and disappointed since I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong and I was just trying to sell some of my kids old things for some extra money.
Any advise? It is really difficult to appeal anything. It doesn’t let you continue to speak after you try to explain you were wrongfully banned. I attached the message that I received. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
