Shipping parts to AZ and picking them up
Planning to build another rifle in years. What the legality of getting my parts(not lower) shipped to an Arizona address(UPS Access Point) and driving them to California. I am pretty close Arizona
My understanding of this new dumb law is that gun parts(excluding lower) need to be shipped to an FFL. Since gun parts are not firearms I don’t see why not.
