Does anybody know if pharmacies/walmart deliver within the cancun hotel zone?

I am travelling to Mexico soon and was looking to buy Clonidine for anxiety. I cant seem to find it online at farmacias del ahorro. YZA has it online but says delivery only.

Does anyone know about Clonidine specifically by any chance and is it widely available at the pharmacies in person?
