Siemens 1.5T Altea scan time

Hi,

The system I work with doesn't reduce scan time upon reduction of slices. Even if I reduce them from 30 to 15, no change in scan time, in any sequence. Is there a way to fix this? I temporarily worked with an identical machine, but Im guessing it had a different software, and that didn't happen.

Listing pic vs reality

I didnt realize at first that the listing image was made by AI, Vinted support doesn't see the issue and the seller is ignoring me 🥹 any ideas, or is all hope lost for returning this?
