Client Dispute
Need advice from PH lawyers/accountants.
We’re a small accounting firm handling retainers and one-time compliance services. We’re currently in a dispute with a former client claiming they paid for a service that was never reflected in the SOA/billing.
We have: SOAs/payment records
Questions:
How strong is a claim if the alleged service wasn’t included in the SOA?
Any practical advice before this possibly escalates legally?
Trying to handle this professionally and calmly. Thank you.
