Connecting with top-tier VCs can be difficult, but there’s an easier way: connecting with Venture Scouts. Venture Scouts are often more accessible and willing to speak with founders.

I’ve been helping several startups raise funding, and I realized that in the very beginning, a huge amount of time is wasted trying to find and screen the right investors for each startup.
For example, I was working with a wind turbine recycling company, and I had to pull information from different sources to find all the VCs investing in renewable energy, recycling, and sustainability. Then I had to read through their investment thesis to see whether they invest in companies like that. Only after that could I decide whether I should send them an email or try to network with investors from those VC firms.
I’ve talked to a lot of founders, and almost everyone is going through the same struggle. So I gathered all the names and contact information of the VCs and shared the list with other founders.
Then I built an AI tool that picks out the most relevant investors from my investor database, lol.
So yeah, that’s basically the story of how I built my startup lol.
