Honestly surprised by how smooth my EPFO process turned out.

I had filed a PF transfer request and Form 19 final settlement around the same time. My first Form 19 got settled before the transfer funds were credited, so later when the transferred amount reflected in the passbook, I filed Form 19 again online for the remaining balance.

The second Form 19 also got settled successfully without any office visit, agent, KYC issue, UAN mismatch, or account problem.

There was some waiting time “Under Process,” for 13 working days but in the end second Form 19 was settled too.

So yes, filing transfer + Form 19 around the same time can still work smoothly if all details are correct and the transferred balance eventually reflects in the passbook
