Hi Prague people, I have always wondered why so many unfavored people gathered specifically at Palmovka?

I have ideas on why it happens on some other part of Prague like the main train station and the "care" center right behind it (and the proximity with a high amount of people). But I never could understand why Palmovka was attractive in this regard.
