Email deleted by Comcast even though I use it regularly

I have a comcast.net email that has been my primary email for years now. Not only does the em have a lot of historical data that I need right now for some legal paperwork, but also I need this email for 2FA for multiple accounts. I used to have the email set up on my iPhone Mail app but somehow it errored out and even after multiple attempts I could not get the email configured. I had last signed into the email on web just over a month ago, and now I cannot seem to log into my account! My assumption is that it got deleted for inactivity but I have certainly been active in the last 90days! I have not only had trouble checking my email on my phone, but now I don’t have access through web either.
I had set email forwarding to my gmail account so I didn’t get any emails warning me about inactivity or account deletion. But now every time I go to sign in, I get this error - “The Xfinity ID or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again.”
This is honestly ridiculous. That email has a lot of important information and I can’t imagine if all that is lost. What can I do to get my email access back?
I’d really appreciate some help on this.
