Hi po! My boyfriend is going to PMA and reception rites na nila this saturday. May I ask po if what are the rules during plebe year nila? If allowed po ba sila mag phone and if not, kailan lang po ba sila allowed? and what months usually pwede sila ivisit (since we’re from mindanao pa po) and if kailan lang po sila allowed na maguwi sa province?
