Need Advice
So last month, me and one of my friends went and saw Journey at the Sandbar at Red Rock Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and the issue I had was that my tickets got transferred without my authorization. My password was never changed, credit card wasn't charged again, and I got no notification that my tickets got transferred.
So my friend had to purchase another set of resale tickets which cost twice as much as I paid for originally. I contacted Ticketmaster for fraud and was told that we would both get our money back but I haven't heard anything new in regard to the investigation.
Sounds like I have to play for the waiting game & I told the person at Ticketmaster no wonder Ticketmaster and Live Nation are in some deep 💩.
Anybody had to deal with something similar to this? What action should I take?
