I bought tickets for not for radio Colorado and have attempted to refund them. The customer service said they can’t because event organizer doesn’t allow refunds? I can’t resale or cancel.

hi! i bought seated tickets for harry styles on the 26th because there weren’t standing available and now that there are i’d like to exchange them. i saw someone on twitter who managed to upgrade through a chat, but everytime i press “already have tickets” it just takes me to my upcoming events. i filled out a form for them to contact me, but i imagine they won’t respond any time soon so i was wondering if anyone managed to do this and could give a tutorial pls 😭 thank you :)))
How does it work? I found a person who can transfer me the tickets but she asks me to pay through some other bank. I thought she could assign the tickets to me and I buy within the app?
i cant go anymore to my harry styles show in NYC bc of my school 😢😭😭 but im worried about selling my tix on other sites than Ticketmaster. Did resale open for the shows out of the US at all? or does anyone think itll open up to resell as the US dates start? im so devastated and i at least dont want to be out $1500, and noone i know is wanting to travel there since i live so far.

I wanted to be spontaneous and get tickets to a concert tonight, but Ticketmaster just keeps erroring and it physically won’t let me buy tickets because of error code U533, which is apparently some payment verification issue even though I’ve checked all of my info a dozen times over
Now, the show starts in 7 minutes, and I’m in my apartment sad and crying

How come the tickets available on the re-sale page for ticketmaster are $2300 per ticket when the face value for those tickets was under $200. Isn't that what they're trying to prevent and fight against? I'm not even sure how it's legal.
I didn’t know this scam existed, so Ticketmaster you can’t resell your tickets only transfer. Some one created a resell No Doubt Facebook group, only comments approved by them and the “admin” reaches out for tickets. I was selling my tickets because I’m not able to attend. They sent me a fake id and I should have known the red flag since they didn’t want to FaceTime. We decided on me transferring one ticket first before payment for all the tickets. It’s no sweat off my back because I had three tickets and so the one that was stolen I reported to ticket master which seems possible to void.
I just found this scam strange. Are they trying to resell online for profit? Usually you hear of scammers stealing money, I guess I was surprised people are stealing just the tickets.
I’ve just gone to check my tickets on ticketmaster and when I checked my Doja Cat tickets there’s a ticket which looks normal, but when I swipe left, there’s another one which says voided. Does anyone know what this means?
I’ve also noticed my row has changed from M to D. Could it possibly be anything to do with this change?

I am the resident Ticketmaster warrior for my friend group. I have been in dozens of waiting rooms, but was wondering if getting in it actually matters. I feel like it sometimes takes longer to refresh and that could be affecting my position in line.
Someone was selling their ticket on Facebook (sketchy, I know...) but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it's not a scam.
The first thing they asked me was if I have a Ticketmaster account (which I do), and they asked me to send them my email.
Is my email needed this early? Are they asking for verification purposes or is this a scam?

I'm kind of in disbelief if I read this right. I bought tickets for a show on ticket master. At no point did it say anything about them being transferred and not outright purchased during the transaction. After I paid I get an email saying I'll need them to be transferred, which they are eventually. Then the show gets cancelled, and the email I got about my refund being processed says that the person who transfered me the tickets will get the refund and not me??
Am I missing something, or am I really out hundreds of dollars because of something that wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase? I have no contact information for the person who transfered me the tickets
I’m a teacher and have to work the day of the presale for Katseye. I am on my break during the first 30 of the sale and can give the kids an activity to do after, but my problem is I can’t go on my work computer or it will get called a bot. I would have to use my phone data or I could take the morning off and use my computer at home.

I just purchased tickets through Seat Geek for BTS in Vegas and my concert is coming. I know they canceled a bunch of tickets back in April due to resellers, but now I’m worried about my new tickets being invalid when I go to check in for the concert. 😭
Maybe it’s just me panicking, but as long as the tickets are still in my TM account and my wallet, they’re good, right? It’s my first major concert on this scale and I’ve never dealt with TM before. 😭 I click on my TM tickets and I can see the barcode and everything.

Someone was selling BTS tickets and sent them to me before i even sent payment. She didn’t next wanna FaceTime mostly because she didn’t mind sending the ticket before receiving the money.
I even got the email from Ticketmaster saying that this person wants to transfer the ticket to me. I haven’t accepted it yet, but could it be a possible scam? I’m wondering mostly because the e-mail said
“If the ticket(s) were obtained fraudulently by the person transferring them, they may be canceled at any time and removed from your account.”
