Add tickets to my wallet

Hi everyone!
I’m going to see a concert in London this August but, because I’m from Italy I can’t download the app on my phone.

Can I just use the site and add the ticket from it? Also, I need to transfer one of the tickets to my boyfriend, can I just do it from the site?

Another question: I have an iPhone, can I just change the location from the AppStore and install the app? After that, can I return the location to Italy?

Thank u!

barcodes are always an option right?

i have non transferable tickets to noah kahan’s tour this month. my tickets were bought for me on my dad’s account and our apple ids don’t match so i cannot add the tickets to my wallet. my plan was to scan the tickets in using the app barcode which people have said works just fine. up until today, my tickets in the app have always said that the barcode will be available 3 days before the event. today, im getting message that says add tickets to wallet for event entry. am i not going to get a barcode anymore? everyone on the noah thread says i should but im worried. we’re traveling out of state for this concert and my dad will not be attending or traveling with us. i will be calling the venue to confirm i can get in with the barcode but im scared i wont get a barcode now. i wish this shit wasn’t so complicated

Getting instant download tickets from viagogo to Ticketmaster account

Hello, I have never attended a concert before, so buying tickets from various websites is new to me. Sorry if this is a trivial question!

Yesterday, I got 2 instant download tickets from viagogo for BTS' D1 London concert for me and my partner. As soon as I finished the payment, I got the confirmation email from viagogo to 'claim tickets'. When I clicked on it, it directed me to log in to the Ticketmaster account. Now, as we have seen from other posts recently, my Ticketmaster account was also paused because of suspicious activity. It won't let me log in no matter what, neither in the browser nor on the app. I tried all the options following advice shared on various posts. I was quite nervous already buying tickets for the first time, thinking what if it's not legit. So I sent the viagogo confirmation email to my partner, and to my surprise, he was able to claim the tickets to his Ticketmaster account. I had assumed that you needed the same email id on both viagogo and ticketmaster accounts, but he managed to get them in his app and further in his Google wallet! Both the tickets are showing a barcode that refreshes frequently, along with seat number and all the details.

The other thing is, my Ticketmaster account automatically resumed this morning, about 24 hours since it was paused. When I check my viagogo account, I still see the 'claim tickets' option. Now I am confused and overthinking a bit; whether I should try clicking it, or the tickets in my partner's app is legit and would let us both get entry, and I dont need to do anything further?

I would really appreciate any advice if you think the tickets are legit or not? Or would it still be difficult to say, and we would only know when we reach the stadium?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Forfeited ticket

I’ve just gained access to my emails after over a month as I had my phone stolen and no other way of accessing them.

I’ve had an email from Ticketmaster stating they’ve contacted me prior as I missed a payment and I needed to do it manually through the link. And I’ve not forfeited my ticket due to not paying.

It also said that I had to ring them by the 3rd which was obviously yesterday.

I’ve had no way of knowing this was happening as I didn’t have a phone what are the chances of them reinstate my booking on Monday which is 2 days after they said to do it by.

I’m obviously really worried as it’s a lot of money lost 😞

Potential Fraud

I’m unable to see any of my upcoming or past tickets in Ticketmaster and have been dealing with customer service the last 3 days. I showed them screenshots of my confirmation email and they told me the account associated with ordering them is an email account I’ve never had or seen.

I’ve tried telling them that that’s not my email, but they refuse to help me in getting those tickets back to my account. Even though the confirmation email for the ticket orders went to my email address, they’re saying some other email address was used to order them.

Any suggestions?

Got a ticketmaster transfer but not visible in my orders

So a friend of a friend sent me a Ticketmaster transfer, I got a mail from him.

The ticket has a bar code, looks legit, has got my name, friend said it is no longer visible to him in his account.

My one concern is it is not showing up under orders. He mentioned it would be available few days before event.

Can someone tell me if this is ok/legit?

can’t add tickets to wallet

I bought resale tickets off of ticketmaster and was attempting to add them to my apple wallet and it keeps saying unable to add pass. they are in my account though. is there a possibility that the original owner has them and can still scan themselves into the concert and I will be out of tickets? i’ve never bought resale through ticketmaster so I haven’t run into this issue.

Browsing activity paused for well over 12 hours

Browsing activity is now paused on my account for well over 12 hours. have a gig in 5 hours time. 24 hours ago was told by the Ticketmaster agent on FB (as they stopped replying to my emails) they'd escalate it and get back to me. That was 15 hours ago.

Asked for an update two hours ago and was told that the reply might take time as they're busy.

Is there anything else I can do? Any way to actually speak to a person?

It doesn't look like they have a telephone number anymore (them and every other company now so it's impossible to actually speak to a person)

There's over £300 worth of tickets just for this gig on there and another gig in a few weeks time has over £500 worth of tickets.

If it doesn't get sorted in the next 5 hours and I miss the gig what are my options? Surely they would need to refund me?

EDIT:

I've tried everything on their faq page about this including incognito modes, clearing cache and cookies, making sure no VPN is on, trying from a different network etc...

Need advice for Tickets

I’ve found myself in a pretty frustrating predicament, and I was curious if anyone on this sub has some insight. Back when tickets went on sale for the tame impala deadbeat tour, I lost out on Ticketmaster tickets, so I bought two tickets through stubhub for the Baltimore concert on the 19th. A week ago, I found some tickets on Ticketmaster for the floor, these tickets were more or less the same price as the ones I bought on stubhub, so I got them, and I figured I’d just refund the stubhub tickets since I haven’t even gotten them yet. Little did I know all stubhub sales are final, so now I have two sets of tickets. My issue is that if I resell my tickets on stubhub, I’m going to be losing around 130 dollars in fees, that’s assuming I manage to sell my tickets at the same price I bought them for. I really can’t be losing money like that. I’d rather not resell my Ticketmaster floor tickets because I don’t particularly trust stubhub for this concert, given the face value exchange, which I did not know about before buying tickets on stubhub. The last thing I want is to resell my tickets on Ticketmaster, and then not receive my stubhub tickets, or run into issues with them at the venue. Any advice for me?

Lost All My Tickets

Today I got onto my Ticketmaster app and it forced me to re-log in, and then told me I had to reset my password. After I did that I was able to get in, but all my upcoming concerts and past concerts are gone. I contacted customer service in which they said they could see them on their side, but didn’t understand why I couldn’t see it.

How am I supposed to go to these concerts if I can’t access the barcode from the app?

Have Ticketmaster lost my tickets?

Bit of a long story.

In Oct and Nov 2025 I purchased concert tickets from Ticketmaster UK for multiple shows in Sept 2026 (all shows are the same band, not that it matters).

All was fine until around May when I went to log in my account and I fcked up the password.
Instead of getting an option to reset my password, it said I had to create a new account, which I did.

Since then I have contacted Ticketmaster UK multiple times via their fan support help page and Facebook messenger, asking them to attach the tickets to my new account.

There has been many back and forths bit to no avail and they have now stopped replying.

I’ve given them all the order details and the last four digits of the bank card used to purchase the tickets.
I still have access to the email address that my original account was under.

I’ve had no choice now but to dispute the order transactions with my bank, in the hopes of Ticketmaster resolving the issue or giving me a refund.

So where are my tickets and how can I get them attached to my new account?

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, what happened in the end and how long did it take please?

Please don’t suggest just showing up the box office on the night with ID. I am travelling from Australia for these shows. I have zero confidence the box office will be able to locate my account or tickets, given all the troubles I’ve had so far.

Has anyone won a chargeback? "Browsing Activity Paused" error, can't access my account. Concert in 6 days

hello! im quite anxious about my situation. I bought tickets to the MCR concert in London on July 8. (in 6 days) I downloaded the app to try to load my tickets on it but I get the "your browsing activity has been paused" error. I have attempted all the suggested steps to remedy and did call customer service. He was unable to help much but took my info and said he would escalate it and I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I stressed to him that I needed assistance ASAP as the concert is in 4 business days. He was very helpful and told me not to worry and that they will get back to me, but I cant help but feel worried. If I miss this concert because I am unable to access my tickets, do they have an obligation to provide them to me in some other way? Do I have a chance of getting a refund? if not from ticketmaster, from CapitalOne? their purchase agreement states that its final sale and im sol if I can't access my tickets :/ but surely that can't be correct, if I paid for a service and a service was not provided, how am I out the money?

EDIT: per comments I contacted the venue box office directly to see if they would be able to retrieve my tickets in person and they said they are only able to assist with tickets purchased directly through them.

Random Ticket Master Refund for Reserve Sphere Tickets in Feburary.

Anyone else get a random refund for their Ticketmaster purchase? We're going in February, and I bought Metallica Reserve Tickets. The refund was for 175 bucks. No email or anything on what this was about.

EDIT: Found the following in my email from the Sphere. Does this mean that the level I bought is now a "lower quality level? We're in 304.

We would like to inform you that you will be receiving a partial refund in relation to the Enhanced Experience package that you purchased for this Metallica concert at Sphere.

The ticket included in your package was assigned to a different seating level than what was originally advertised in the package description.

To correct this, we have adjusted your package price to reflect the ticket level associated with the seat location selected at the time of purchase. A refund for the difference in ticket level associated with the seat location will be issued to the original payment method used for your Ticketmaster purchase. To be clear, your ticket and Enhanced Experience package are not affected in any way and are still intact.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Obstructed view not listed as such, ticketmaster won’t do anything

I went to Madison Beer’s locket tour this past week. My view ended up being significantly obstructed by a massive speaker hanging from the ceiling. This speaker prevented me from being able to see the artist at all during 3 entire songs, and it completely blocked my view of the entire screen which had lots of visuals and camera angles meant to add to the experience of the show. I went back and forth with TM customer service and they ended up saying that my only option would have been to complain to the venue staff during the show and have requested to move then and that there is nothing they can do now. The show was entirely sold out so I did not attempt to do this because, given that it was sold out, I assumed there was nowhere else they could move me to. I also paid a lot for the ticket to be close to the front and was worried if I complained I would get moved to the back of the venue (the view was good for the parts of the show where the artist wasn’t being blocked by the speaker and I didn’t want to give that up). Is there anything I can do? I have photo and video evidence of the obstruction, including the multiple songs where I couldn’t see the artist in the slightest bit. I have emailed the venue but I feel like they are going to tell me there’s nothing they can do since Ticketmaster is the platform that sold the ticket. It seems like my only other option would be filing a dispute with my credit card company, but I’ve read that TM might suspend your account and remove any upcoming tickets you have and I’m not willing to risk that as I have a lot of other concerts coming up and have spent a lot of money on those tickets. Is there really nothing I can do?

Can’t transfer Ticketmaster tickets because my phone number changed – has anyone solved this?

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone has been in the same situation.
I bought tickets on Ticketmaster about two months ago. Everything was fine when I purchased them, but now I need to transfer the tickets to someone else.
The problem is that Ticketmaster wants to send a verification code to the phone number on my account. I changed my phone number about a year ago, so I no longer have access to the old number.
The worst part is that I can’t even update my phone number because changing it also requires a verification code sent to… my old number.
Has anyone successfully gotten Ticketmaster to update their phone number through customer support? Did you have to call them, or was there another way to verify your identity?
I’m worried I won’t be able to transfer my tickets at all.
Thanks in advance!

Massive Security Flaw in Ticketmaster

Someone, who I don't know, registered a TicketMaster account 3 years ago, put their details in and phone number, but mistakenly put MY email address in.

3 years pass, I go to buy tickets to a game, I need a Ticketmaster account. To my surprise I already have an account, but I can't sign in, so I reset password, I get in, but I see the profile details are not mine. I realise what's happened.

I contact Ticketmaster, after many different people, the final person I talk to basically says "You need to give me the old phone number in order for us to change it to yours". But I told her how can I do that when I am not the one who put the details in? She then proceeded to shut the chat down immediately. Wow.

Then it occurred to me, anyone could register thousands of people's email addresses, put in fake info, and it would completely block them from ever registering an account.

And please, no one tell me I should have checked my profile before buying tickets. What a stupid suggestion.
