There is somehow a random phone number in my account that is not mine. I called ticket master and went in CIRCLES explaining it’s not mine and they are telling me there is nothing they can do? I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and they refused. Has anyone dealt with this?
i bought 2 tickets ages ago but due to a decline in my physical health i can no longer attend and none of my friends can go either, however the tickets are unsellable and i cant transfer them :( does anyone know how i can sell them? any help would be greatly appreciated
I purchased two tickets to a Celine Dion show in Paris. However, the recipient of these tickets no longer wants to attend so I put them on sale on Stubhub and they sold. The tickets can be seen on my Ticketmaster France website and on my Fanwallet app but there is not yet an option to transfer them. Upon some searching, some people say you can only transfer a "companion" ticket and the purchaser has to keep one. I've never sold concert tickets for another country before so dealing with Ticketmaster France and Fanwallet is new to me. Can anyone shed light on what the protocol is? I do not want the buyer (or myself) to be in a situation where nobody gets what they want. I see that some people say the transfer option will open up a few hours before the concert but that is a HUGE leap of faith for the purchaser and for me.
HI! I am looking for all tips and tricks to get front row seats for a Jonas brothers show! Artist presale is at 10 AM tomorrow. The seats will sell fast, and I always miss out. I am determined to get front row this time!!
UPDATE: Despite being told a million times “That’s just too bad, there’s nothing we can do” (lies!!!) we finally got them to send us a new Persona link and will hopefully have our tickets back soon🎉 (The process was terrible and I never want to experience this again)
My boyfriend received this email, but it went straight to his spam and he only noticed that our Olivia Rodrigo tickets were canceled because he was checking our tickets for another concert on Friday. The tickets were purchased during presale directly from Ticketmaster, and we've used his account plenty of times to buy tickets for Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, etc. with no issue. Also, we haven't broken any rules or bought more than the max number of tickets allowed. We called customer service, and they were totally useless, saying they had no idea why this happened. Is anyone else experiencing this, and what can we do to get our tickets back?? Does anyone have a better phone number or email address we can contact?

please help!! I pressed the open in browser and it took me to Ticketmaster's website but also it doesn't tell me where the new seats are. is/has this happened to anyone before? (it's not letting me post a photo of said email)
So the two concerts i’ve been to this year, each time the day after i’ve gotten a $25 concert cash for another show. i did not know about this, is this something new they’re doing? is it something from the ticketmaster settlement?
My friend (Emma) bought 2 tickets for the Toronto concert during presale, which she transferred to me and another friend (Sarah) (Emma already had tickets to another show). 2 weeks ago, Sarah saw her ticket is marked as "under review" and now it's fully greyed out. Called Ticketmaster today and they said the ticket belongs to someone else, but they'll "escalate the issue" (which they did 2 weeks ago as well before ghosting us). My ticket, which was bought with Sarah's, is completely fine.
Problem is, we were gonna travel from pretty far, and I REALLY don't want to go alone. I can't sell my ticket through ticketmaster, and I can't get a refund for it either. I'm wondering if this happened to anyone else/ if anyone has any advice? Tweaking out rn lol bc they weren't exactly cheap

I tried getting rid of my tickets through a Facebook group and just want others to be warned of doing it this way. The admins are scam artists and asked for fees to get rid of the tickets and kept asking for more. Some of the fees were disguised as security deposits...I have lost a lot money now and still need to get rid of my floor tickets for Saturday's show in Toronto :/
