i’m normally a garden cashier but got asked to pick up a fulfillment shift next week and i accepted. idk to me it sounds fun, im nervous too though… is there anything i should know before i start?

So i used to be full time pretty much, always asked to come in early or stay longer for quite a while and it has suddenly stopped. i now get like 15 hrs/wk with constant reprimanding regarding credit. i’ve worked here for like 4 months and have only gotten 2 credit cards in all that time. to be fair i really dont wanna ask people or try to coerce them into this shitty credit card because they don’t deserve the high interest and things like that, but damn is this gonna cost me my job? do i have to beg on my hands and knees? idk this just seems unfair because even though i ask, ive never gotten one organically, there always sort of handed to me. what do i need to do to get credit and not get fired even though im already asking??
(sorry for the rant, just stressed because ive been trying to save up to get a car so i can get a better job farther away)

I went to the Bellingham show and the backround was just like 4 big frames, unlike the shows from last year or what i’ve seen from the other shows. i was hoping to get a pic of the envelope visual from bullseye (i also posted abt it last year 😭) but again, no visuals at this show. If anyone is going or can find a pic of it that is clear PLEASE lmk or post abt it because I so badly want it tattooed lol

I was at th bellingham show last night and there was a rule abt it, some people still did and they kinda just got stares (NOT saying you should disrespect the rule) so i’m curious, has this rule come up for you guys with other dates, or was it just here? when we picked up our tickets my friend asked about it and the venue doesn’t have the rule so it was a decision for this show specifically. any reason for it is valid im just curious if anyone else has seen anything about it for their show(s)

okay so i’ve been working here for a few months now, my first non-seasonal job (in the way that the company runs all year if that makes sense) i’ve never used any time off, ive only had to call out once and i had no sick time, and any time i take time off it’s for appts or events. so the question is how do diffent kinds of time off work? i understand sick time ofc. and hypothetically holiday and vacation are the same right? i heard on a different post that one of those can go into the negatives right? like if i have no time off i can still use one of them? and also what the hell is give back time? AND how do i gain other hours because the only one i have is sick time. ik this was talked abt before but i cant find the post so if anyone can help explain id deeply appreciate it! thanks!
