Is the only way to get detail around temp jurisdiction, whether DBQs have been uploaded, etc. for supplemental claims by calling the 800 number or Vera? Or am I missing something in the background of the VA.gov page?
I’ve been hitting refresh once a day for a week; I’ve been stuck (and not moving backward) in Step 7. I thought this was a 48 ish business hours step?
Anyone have experience being stuck here a while?
For context, this is a single condition claim and all DBQs were uploaded the same day as the appointment occurred.
I have a claim that just hit final review today. When it hit final review, a new claim labeled “claim for eligibility popped up on my profile.
I am currently 60%, in case that is necessary information.
Has anyone else experienced this / know what it could be?
