I started taking Zoloft 25 mg on April 2nd and titrated up to 125 mg on April 24(Three weeks ago). I have noticed improvements but still deal with bad sleep anxiety / panic attacks. Is it possible I’m not at a therapeutic level yet?

I have been on 100 before and done well.
