Stopped medication

I started sema Jan 2026 and stopped it 4 May 2026. I lost about 20 plus pounds. It began giving me headaches that were just too much and I was so fatigued. I have about 10 pounds to my goal weight. I have been doing well so far. Hoping to get to my goal although it will take longer but I’m ok with this. For a reference, I began my weight loss 1/11/24 and I’ve lost about 90 plus pounds. Most of it on my own. So for everyone out there take the medication, use as a tool, eat in a deficit and exercise. The weight will come off. Eat protein, healthy veggies, fruit and carbs. Exercise is weight lifting ( doesn’t have to be heavy) to help with the metabolism. Do some cardio. I started with just 1-3 days a week of any type of exercise and now I’m doing 3 days of weights and 3 of some cardio. You can do it. The medication does help. Good luck.
