TCS freshers — can someone explain how Xplore, ILP, and project allotment actually works?

Got a TCS Digital offer and currently waiting out the pre-joining phase. Have a lot of free time and want to prep smart, but I’m not sure how any of this actually functions in practice.
Some things I’m confused about:
• Xplore: Do we get to pick our course/tech stack or is it pre-assigned?

• ILP: Is the curriculum the same for everyone, or does your stream/score decide what track you’re in?

• Project allotment: How does this actually happen? Is it merit-based, random, or do you get to give preferences?

• Bonus: Heard about the AsCEnD joining bonus — but is there any reward after ILP completion too?

• Python track: I’m thinking of going deep into Python during my free time. For those who did Python in ILP — what kind of projects did you end up getting? Worth it for TCS Digital level work?

Would love to hear from anyone from the 2024–25 batch. What do you wish you’d known before joining?

I gave my TCS NQT exam on 21st March and was okay — scoring 6/7 in Q1 and 7/7 in Q2. A few days later, on 27th March, I received confirmation that I had cleared the NQT test.

On 30th March, I was batched on the TCS portal. After that, there was a long wait with no updates on the interview. Finally, on 15th April, I received a mail informing me about my TCS Prime interview scheduled for 17th April at KIET Ghaziabad. The interview went very well.

After that, the wait began again and honestly I had almost lost all hope. Then on 5th May, I received a mail for BV (Business Values round). And finally, on 7th May, I received my TCS Digital offer letter.

Now any one knows whats next...
