[ON] What's the biggest reason small businesses resist using systems?

As a small business owner, I cannot fathom not using a system to organise customers + jobs. What is the reason people just don't implement systems into their businesses? How do you get people to see the value? How do you make it so easy that they HAVE to use it?

▲ 10 r/CRM

I'm doing some research for my own CRM/tool I'm building.

I was so annoyed by ZohoCRM when I used it in the past, we basically zombie wrecked it into doing things it wasnt supposed to, and it always felt impossible training someone else on it - or the way it SHOULD have been set up.

So I just want to ask you what you absolutely love, because I want mine to be super-duper simple.
