Apple TV library not showing on Spectrum Xumo box
Just got Spectrum TV and fiber internet at home. Everything seems to be working fine. However, I have an Apple TV library. It will not show through the Apple TV app on the Xumo box Spectrum provided.
I also have Roku and Google TV boxes in the house and it’s showing up on those, no issue. But when I log into Apple TV on the Xumo box, my account shows up, but not the personal library.
Browsing the net, it was suggested to uninstall the app and redownload it. Done this multiple times. No change. It also suggested to refresh the app and log out and log back in multiple times over. Again no change. I can access my account but not my library.
One suggestion said you needed to download the Apple TV app itself and not Apple TV+. At least on my end, there was only one option to download and it was the Apple TV app. So I am at a loss. Anyone have a suggestion?
