How much would a 2 days Indian wedding would cost in Vietnam?
We are planning a 2-day Indian wedding in Vietnam with 3 main events — Haldi/Mehndi, Sangeet, and the wedding ceremony.
We’re hoping to keep it relatively intimate and budget-conscious. Accommodation would only be required for close family members staying at the venue (approximately 20–30 guests), while the overall guest count for events would be larger like around 150 people.
A few key details:
- Fully vegetarian catering
- No alcohol required
- Open to venues that allow external catering/decor vendors
- Budget is approximately AUD $40,000–45,000 overall
We would love to understand what is realistically achievable within this budget in Vietnam and which locations/venues would be best suited for an Indian wedding (Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, etc.).
Would also really appreciate hearing from anyone who has hosted or attended an Indian wedding in Vietnam — especially any recommendations, approximate costs, vendor suggestions, or things to watch out for.
